I am committed to empowering others on their journey of self-discovery and healing. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, trauma, or grief, I'm here to provide the guidance and support you need. Together, we’ll work collaboratively to identify patterns, thought processes, and behaviors that may be holding you back from living a fulfilling life.


I use a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including CBT, EMDR (phases 1 & 2), and DBT. I aim to create a safe environment where you can explore your emotions, cultivate resilience, and embrace life's changes with newfound confidence. Together, we will work towards uncovering your inner strength and unlocking the potential for growth and positive change.
